Are you an experienced programme leader ready to shape the future of maritime mobility ? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Programme Manager to take charge of a high-impact initiative at the intersection of advanced transport, engineering innovation, and maritime compliance.


This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to lead end-to-end programme delivery across design, supply chain, operations setup, and business development—underpinned by your strong understanding of maritime standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Ownership & Leadership

  • Drive the overall programme from concept through deployment, ensuring delivery across engineering, supply chain, site operations, and commercial engagement
  • Manage programme risks, costs, and timelines, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders

Maritime Standards & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with international and local maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Work closely with regulatory authorities, classification societies, and partners to guide certification processes and ensure operational readiness
  • Provide oversight for sea transportation-related requirements and vessel integration considerations

Supply Chain & Assembly Site Management

  • Build and manage the programme's supply chain strategy, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery from vendors
  • Oversee planning, setup, and scaling of assembly and integration facilities to support programme needs

Commercial & Partnership Engagement

  • Support commercial efforts including stakeholder discussions, customer onboarding, and market development
  • Represent the programme in industry events and strategic discussions to drive long-term value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline (PMP is an advantage)
  • 8–12 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects, ideally in the maritime or offshore engineering sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of maritime standards, vessel classification, and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in supplier management, site operations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Prior experience in an early-stage product or innovation-led environment preferred
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred due to regional engagement needs
