    Project Manager Product & Engineering (Agile | Bootstrapped Startup | Entrepreneurial & Ownership-Driven) Location:On-Site, Greater Kailash II, South Delhi, New Delhi(Local candidates from Delhi NCR strongly preferred) About Us:We are a stealth-mode, early-stage startup building a breakthrough SaaS product at the intersection of Gaming and Ad-Tech. Designed to drive user engagement through innovation, community, and technology our platform is crafted for gamers, marketers, and digital storytellers alike.As we move from idea to MVP to GTM, we are looking for a Project Manager who combines agile leadership with deep project ownership, accountability, and the drive to help build something meaningful from the ground up despite resource constraints. Role Overview:This is not a coordinator role this is for someone who owns outcomes, keeps the team unblocked, and drives execution with urgency, focus, and purpose. Youll be the connective tissue between founders, developers, designers, and marketers, responsible for translating vision into action under the realities of a lean, bootstrapped startupenvironment. Key Responsibilities: Lead all Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, grooming, and reviews. Translate product goals into actionable sprints, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. Take end-to-end ownership of project timelines, team coordination, progress tracking, and release execution. Help the team focus on the highest-impact tasks while eliminating roadblocks and managing scope creep. Ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across the engineering, product, and design functions. Be the first responder to ambiguity define, document, and decide where others hesitate. Maintain transparency through regular updates, progress reports, and stakeholder communication. Drive continuous improvement by advocating lightweight processes and fast feedback loops. Bring a less is more mindset, optimizing for speed, clarity, and simplicity. Champion autonomy and help the team scale sustainably with ownership, not supervision. Requirements: 25 years of experience in project/product management, preferably in SaaS, startups, or gaming-tech. Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and developer-centric workflows. Proven ability to own complex projects end-to-end and deliver outcomes in fast-paced settings. Understanding of technical concepts and experience working closely with dev teams. Bonus if youve worked with: TypeScript, React, Next.js, NestJS, MongoDB, Deno, ExpressJS. Strong communication and prioritization skills able to confidently say yes, no, or not now. Experience working in lean, resource-constrained environments, ideally with a bootstrapped team. A growth mindset willing to learn, adapt, and evolve as the product and team mature.
