Project Manager - Process Systems

Duties to Be Performed:

We are looking for a Project Manager – Process Systems Specialist in the either or all of the following systems:

1. Gas
2. Environmental
3. Ultra Pure Water
4. Chemical Systems

The prospective candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Responsible for Concept and Detailed Design for Process Facility systems for the entire course of the project (Conceptual Design, Detailed Engineering calculations, System & Component sizing, Budgeting, Drawing development coordination from Engineering up to Construction stage e.g. PIDs / layouts / sections).
2. Capable in interdisciplinary understanding and managing of relevant interfaces.
3. Detailed understanding of all technical standards, drawing formats and symbols.
4. Tendering process (e.g. Technical and Commercial bid evaluation).
5. Time and schedule management.
6. Check and review engineering document and drawings for accuracy and completeness for submission and shop fabrication (e.g. Submittal Procedure).
7. Lead system design and reviews with customers and ensure customer sign off and approval.
8. Review of all the benchmark data, scope and design change and contract variation aspects.
9. Ensure Project Director/Manager is kept aware of the process engineering design and construction progress and any cost and schedule impacts.
10. Coordinate installations with sub-contractors on site.
11. Support CSA & M&E team for the design including CAD team and project effectively & efficiently.
12. Involved in the Commissioning of Systems and develop the documentation with the sub-contractors.
13. Consolidate and upkeep of in-house engineering Standards.
14. Able to work independently.
15. Able to travel/relocate.
