About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager (PMO) to drive the execution of key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes. You will play a critical role in establishing standardized project governance, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring successful project delivery.

This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with senior leadership to monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective actions to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects.
  2. Governance & Performance Tracking: Establish project governance frameworks, monitor KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments and senior leadership.
  5. Process Optimization: Continuously refine project management methodologies and best practices to improve efficiency.
  6. Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present project status reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience as a PMO or in a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
  4. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
