Job Description

Project Manager (e-Commerce, Consumer Electronics)
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Analytic Consulting, the Project Manager (e-Commerce, Consumer Electronics) plays a critical role in supporting the performance and service delivery of one of Korea’s leading electronics brands in the Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) region. This role acts as a central link between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. The primary focus is on managing service delivery standards, maintaining client communication, and using data insights to optimize sales and customer experience across multiple online platforms and countries.

In this role, you’ll oversee the performance of e-commerce revenue growth including e-Stores and partner platforms, supporting a team operating across six countries. You'll lead initiatives to meet key sales and operational KPIs – including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics, while partnering with operations, sales delivery, and marketing innovation teams to address escalations and improve process efficiency. You will also facilitate business reviews and drive new initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and project management expertise.

The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with hands-on experience in sales operations, project management, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities

Regional Service Operations & Project Management

  • Oversee the performance of the live chat e-Promoter services across e-Stores and partner platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee) in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
  • Monitors service metrics and trend analysis, partnering with delivery and operations teams to manage performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement across the key sites for the online business.
  • Lead multiple concurrent project initiatives — from planning to execution — with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills to ensure timely and high-impact delivery across the region.

Data Analytics & Performance Tracking and Improvement

  • Analyze and monitor sales and operational KPIs such as revenue targets, CR% (Conversion Rates), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), and response time metrics including IRT (Initial Response Time) and ART (Average Response Time).
  • Analyze raw data to uncover trends, generate business insights, and share best practices across regions.
  • Translate analytical findings into business language to support decision-making and service improvements.

Stakeholder Communication & Client Management

  • Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and external clients, ensuring service delivery meets contractual expectations and conduct regular business review meetings to evaluate performance and align on goals.
  • Support the implementation of service changes and escalate challenges with proposed resolutions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Develop and manage performance dashboards, trend analyses, and executive summaries using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service workflows, customer communications, and operational updates.
  • Participate in internal assessments and support information management functions related to client and delivery expectations.

Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, sales operations, project management, or contact center environments.
  • Background in the consumer electronics/ e-commerce FMCG industry/ experience in CRM (OM/ DPE) or working with multinational clients is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable managing remote teams, performance-driven environments, and client-facing communication.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, projects, or regional sales operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong reporting and presentation skills required.
  • Excellent command English language; Korean and Chinese language proficiency will be a plus.
