We are now seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute all planning relating to New Product Development (NPD) and Production projects , working cross-functionally with our world-class teams across Australia, North America, the United Kingdom, and Asia. You’ll be responsible for bringing innovation to life. You'll manage timelines, processes, suppliers, and communication from concept to shelf to ensure that new products are developed, manufactured, and launched successfully.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our fast-paced and entrepreneurial product team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management for NPD and manufacturing initiatives
2. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
3. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, supply chain, QA, and external vendors
4. Source, evaluate, and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers across the globe
5. Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal quality standards
6. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
7. Drive continuous improvement in project processes and reporting

What We're Looking For:

1. 3–5+ years of project management experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, or supplements
2. Proven success in managing NPD and manufacturing projects, ideally across multiple markets
3. Strong understanding of product formulation, packaging, supply chain, and quality requirements
4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
5. Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities
6. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
7. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, or related fields preferred
