Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and M&E projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for accomplishing project objectives by planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of interior fit-out and M&E projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with company objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee site operations to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the quality, safety, and performance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within interior fit-out and/or M&E works.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.
• PMP certification or equivalent will be an advantage.
