Job description

• Leading the planning, design, and execution of MEP aspects of construction projects.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into the overall project.
• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources for MEP systems.
• Ensuring that MEP installations meet industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to MEP systems.
• Providing regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, and facilitating effective communication between teams.
• Administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Overseeing the final testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
