Job summary

A leading company in the construction sector is looking for a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality. You will manage a project team and act as the main point of contact, requiring a degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience in M&E construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in Mechanical/M&E construction.
• Familiar with AutoCAD.
• Electrical experience in sub-contracting preferred.

Job Description:

• Ensure project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality.
• Oversee construction activities on site, any Changes to Works and check the drawing to ensure the design can be carried in an effective manner.
• Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
• Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented.
• Main point of contact, attend meeting at site, clients and our project team and relevant authorities.
• Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
• Monitor project costing, budget, claims and schedule.
• Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
• Ensure Environment, Safety and Health practices are always adhered.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with AutoCAD
• At least 4 years experience relevant working as a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager in Mechanical/M&E construction environment .
• Electrical experience at sub-cons is preferred.
