Job description

Rephrased Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project specifications and develop a comprehensive master schedule and site facilities layout to ensure alignment with contractual timelines.
  • Strategically plan the project’s budget, quality standards, and manpower allocation to meet both financial and contractual requirements.
  • Lead and guide the project team in engaging with clients and consultants to deliver work that meets the required standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Coordinate with relevant HQ departments on matters such as budget approvals, implementation of safety management systems, and ISO documentation compliance.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for project staff, clearly communicating project goals and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to establish a framework ensuring site compliance with all statutory regulations, including safety, ECM control, noise management, and vector control.
  • Continuously monitor team performance, offering mentorship and identifying appropriate training and development opportunities.
  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of local (Singapore) experience in managing Residential Condo, Factory, Office, or Warehouse projects, with at least one project served in the capacity of Project Manager.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., construction engineering, construction technology & materials).
