Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore to lead project planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role requires experience with main contractors, on-site management of multiple subcontractors, and strong communication abilities.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and report progress to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors in construction.
• On-site coordination of multiple subcontractors, stakeholders and resources.
• 1-3 years working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget for project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 830am to 6pm | Saturday 830am to 12pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Base salary + Performance related pay + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
