Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects across all phases (planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution) to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and implement recovery plans.

• Support the Project Manager/Director in contract administration, including claims, variations, and final accounts.

• Train and mentor new project staff, monitor their performance, and provide guidance during project execution.

• Ensure regular reporting on project timelines, milestones, and targets to management.

• Enforce safety compliance in line with MOM WSHA regulations across all site activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the M&E space within the Construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of M&E Services (ACMV/HVAC, Electrical, plumbing/sanitary, fire protection).
