A leading construction company based in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. The role involves planning, execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and solid experience in project management to effectively lead teams and coordinate various project aspects.
JOB SUMMARY (GENERAL NATURE / OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB):
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves coordinating all aspects of the project, including resource management, stakeholder communication, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Lead the full project lifecycle from initial planning through execution and handover.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
Monitor construction progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all construction safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection records.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues promptly.
Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
Ensure proper closeout of projects and conduct post-project evaluations.

Knowledge of local construction laws and permitting processes.
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
