About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the private property development sector. You will work closely with senior project managers, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full project lifecycle from design development through to handover.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.

• Track progress against project schedules, report delays, and propose mitigation actions.

• Assist in budget management, cost tracking, and variation control.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Attend site meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.

• Monitor site safety, quality standards, and adherence to project scope.

• Support documentation, tender evaluations, permit applications, and progress claims.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
