We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the private property development sector. You will work closely with senior project managers, contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the full project lifecycle from design development through to handover.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Track progress against project schedules, report delays, and propose mitigation actions.
Assist in budget management, cost tracking, and variation control.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Attend site meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Monitor site safety, quality standards, and adherence to project scope.
Support documentation, tender evaluations, permit applications, and progress claims.
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Relevant experience in construction or real estate development.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project), AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site and travel between project locations as needed.
