Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in radar, radio communication, networking and software system delivery for mission-critical environments. You will manage cybersecurity considerations, risk and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires PMP/PRINCE2 and strong technical understanding to align cybersecurity with project execution and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with experience in radar, radio communication, networking and/or software system Project Manager capacity.
• Possession of a recognized project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance requirements relevant to mission-critical systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with experience in radar, radio communication, networking and/or software system Project Manager capacity
• Project Management Certification: Possession of a recognized project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance requirements relevant to the delivery of mission-critical systems, including data protection,access controls, and threat mitigation
• Experience in Mission-Critical Systems: Proven experience in managing projects related to the delivery of mission-critical systems, with a focus on cybersecurity considerations and risk management
• Risk Management Skills: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with the delivery and operation of mission-critical systems, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats
• Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and communicate with various stakeholders, including cybersecurity experts, technical teams, business units, and senior management
• Change Management Expertise: Understanding of change management processes to ensure that cybersecurity requirements are integrated seamlessly into the delivery of the mission-critical system
• Budget and Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of cybersecurity measures within the project scope
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards,and compliance requirements applicable to mission-critical systems, ensuring adherence to legal and industry standards
• Technical Understanding: A strong technical background or understanding of the mission-critical system's architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity components, enabling effective communication with technical teams and cybersecurity experts
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey cybersecurity requirements clearly,manage expectations, and provide regular project updates to stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of cybersecurity in the delivery of the mission-critical system
