Job summary

dci consultants private limited is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical cybersecurity systems. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure cybersecurity requirements are embedded from planning through deployment, and coordinate with security experts and stakeholders.

The role requires strong risk management, change management, budgeting and regulatory knowledge to ensure robust protection and compliant delivery of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with radar, radio communication, networking or software systems experience.
• Possession of PMP or PRINCE2 demonstrating solid project management principles and practices.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge, practices and compliance relevant to mission-critical systems.
• Proven experience managing projects delivering mission-critical systems with cybersecurity focus.
• Ability to identify, assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
• Strong stakeholder management with cybersecurity experts, technical teams and leadership.
• Understanding of change management to integrate cybersecurity requirements into delivery.
• Experience budgeting and allocating resources for cybersecurity measures.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements.
• Technical background enabling effective communication with engineers and cybersecurity experts.
• Excellent communication to convey requirements and provide regular updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with experience in radar, radio communication, networking and/or software system Project Manager capacity
• Project Management Certification: Possession of a recognised project management certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance requirements relevant to the delivery of mission-critical systems, including data protection, access controls, and threat mitigation
• Experience in Mission-Critical Systems: Proven experience in managing projects related to the delivery of mission-critical systems, with a focus on cybersecurity considerations and risk management
• Risk Management Skills: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with the delivery and operation of mission-critical systems, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats
• Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and communicate with various stakeholders, including cybersecurity experts, technical teams, business units, and senior management
• Change Management Expertise: Understanding of change management processes to ensure that cybersecurity requirements are integrated seamlessly into the delivery of the mission-critical system
• Budget and Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of cybersecurity measures within the project scope
