Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the Technology Roadmap and fostering a strong ecosystem of innovation and technology partnerships. You will define methodologies, identify operational challenges, and utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance factory processes.

Job Responsibilities

Technology Roadmap Development

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement the technology roadmap.

• Design, develop, and maintain use cases and technology catalogs.

• Build and manage a network of technology and innovation partners.

Work Process Management and Pain Point Identification

• Define and implement methodologies to measure performance and project ROI.

• Engage with manufacturing stakeholders to gather data and pinpoint key pain points.

• Analyze data to uncover operational bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.

Technology Solution Deployment

• Utilize data analysis and collaborative workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.

• Provide project management support during solution implementation.

• Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure a seamless transition to production teams.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Engineering or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.

• Experience with simulation tools and techniques (e.g., digital twin, discrete event simulation) for modeling and analyzing complex systems.

• Strong technical expertise in process innovation consulting, IT/OT system development, and data analysis or business intelligence implementation.

• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovative solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
