BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking experienced Project Managers for critical IT projects supporting the government. Successful candidates will manage project delivery, ensuring compliance and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on ICT operations and infrastructure. About the role
We are seeking 3 experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team to support government project. In this full-time contract (24-months) role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a critical IT project for a key government client. Benefits covered 18days AL, Yearly Completion Bonus, Dental, Gov Statutory Leaves and etc.
Focus: ICT operations, security, and vendor management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operations and maintenance of organization's ICT infrastructure.
Ensure systems comply with application requirements, business needs, and government standards.
Enhance cybersecurity and monitoring capabilities across networks and applications.
Identify and recommend cost-effective technical solutions; lead procurement and budget preparation.
Plan and manage project timelines and budgets, resolving issues promptly.
Oversee vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Must Have :
Mobile/wireless technology, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and cloud security
Possess relevant industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, SANS or GSEC.
Prior experience working in data centres and security operation rooms
Focus: System development, compliance, and stakeholder coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end project management for IT systems—from budgeting to maintenance.
Lead system development efforts with vendors and internal users, including deployment support.
Ensure IM8 compliance, resolve VAPT findings, and assess security and audit risks.
Provide support during warranty/maintenance phases and coordinate incident resolution.
Manage procurement processes, documentation, and reporting to management.
Support coordination of meetings, reviews, and secretariat duties
Must Have :
Experience managing both on-premises and cloud systems preferred.
Strong understanding of IM8 compliance and government procurement processes.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT or government sectors
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies
In-depth understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Information Technology or Business Management
