Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Drive the execution of project roadmaps and oversee the entire lifecycle from strategic planning to delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring regular communication and feedback.
  • Conduct project reviews and gather customer satisfaction metrics through surveys and structured mechanisms.
  • Lead the launch of new projects from concept to implementation, managing scope and budgets.
  • Interpret business and technical requirements to align with customer needs and constraints.
  • Establish project standards and quality metrics, ensuring compliance with internal tools and processes.
  • Monitor project profitability and provide regular reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Organise and lead steering committee and project governance meetings with customers.
  • Develop reusable documentation, demos, and knowledge assets for project continuity and scalability.
  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards for performance tracking and status updates.
  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and performance evaluation of team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects across the full lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of project methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Skilled in budgeting, planning, risk management, and reporting.
  • Experience building project frameworks, quality standards, and customer-centric delivery models.
  • Ability to guide technical teams and collaborate across cross-functional units.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
