A leading technology organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects. You'll be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. Candidates should have a strong IT background, project management experience, and excellent problem-solving skills. This role requires a degree in Computer Science, PMP certification, and familiarity with project management tools.

The Company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects that align with the Company’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will bring a strong IT background, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end project management process for application development and maintenance, including vendor management to ensure successful project delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, conduct thorough analysis, and recommend IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
Lead a team of application professionals in defining, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting IT applications. Ensure the team's efforts align with organizational goals.
Evaluate organizational needs and design IT solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and member convenience. Ensure these solutions are effectively integrated across all clubs to meet business requirements.
Ensure the smooth functioning and availability of key operational systems, not limited to finance, membership, bookings, and registrations. Take responsibility for maintaining business continuity in these critical areas.
Provide solution consultancy, training, and guidance to management and staff on the use of business applications and system integration. Act as the primary point of contact for IT project-related inquiries.
Develop, implement, and enforce industry best practices and standards for project management.
Plan and manage budgets for all system application development and procurement projects, ensuring that expenses remain within approved limits.
Contribute to the development of IT strategies that align with the broader organizational goals, driving technological innovation and efficiency.
Work closely with project and infrastructure teams to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and systems that meet the needs of the organization.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
PMP certification.
Minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in project management.
Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and applications.
Strong knowledge of API gateways and micro-services architecture.
Experience in full project tender lifecycle.
Experience in change management process.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira).
Excellent problem-solving, communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Advantageous to have experience with mobile applications, loyalty systems and club management-related systems.
