A leading interior design firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with experience in interior fit-out works. The role involves managing project documentation, leading teams, and ensuring timely project delivery with high quality. Ideal candidates should have relevant qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in project management within the interior design sector.
Job Scopes:
1. Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works,
2. Lead and resolve all conflict, manage project documentation, planning, coordinate with sub-contractors, vendors and liaise with client.
3. Ensure projects deliver on time and with best quality.
4. Understanding of Project Management Procedures and Documentation.
5. Reporting of job progress to management weekly.
6. Cost conscious in management of all activities to increase profitability
7. Attend all project meetings and discussion.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project team in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers
2. To carry out coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties.
3. Support Project director to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
4. Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site
5. Conduct project site inspection.
Requirements:
1. Related qualification in Interior architecture and decoration, 3 years of relevant working experience in interior design fit-out work.
2. Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant certificate.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills.
4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
5. Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details.
6. Excellent project & people management skills.
7. Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills.
