    Job Title: Project Manager - Interior DesignLocation: Bangalore, IndiaReports To: Director of OperationsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the interior design industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams and coordinate with clients effectively.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones. Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Management: Lead and manage the project team, including designers, architects, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, issues, and solutions. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Monitor expenses and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget. Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management. Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Conduct site inspections and address any issues or deficiencies promptly. Implement quality control processes and standards across all projects. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any project-related conflicts or challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, plans, and correspondence. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients. Document lessons learned and project insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry. Strong understanding of interior design principles and project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Fluent in English; proficiency in Kannada is an advantage.Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proactive and able to anticipate project needs.
