PROJECT MANAGER (INTERIOR DESIGN)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and landed residential interior design projects to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution from inception to completion — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects (commercial & landed).
• Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review technical drawings and ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Resolve site issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide weekly progress updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate handover and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry, particularly handling commercial and landed residential projects.
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing full project cycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possession of own transport is an advantage (due to site visits).
