EMQ2 is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager, Information Technology to join our team and work on projects that impact the lives of many. Our products, including Enterprise Login, Payment Gateways, and Training and Learning Management Systems, are used by over 1,000,000 users. Job Overview

The Project Manager, Information Technology leads and supports programs and projects using different frameworks such as Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall. They organize and facilitate meetings and events, gather business requirements from stakeholders, and prioritize change requests and bugs to optimize business value. They also remove any impediments for the project team, manage the risk plan and client expectations, and motivate the team to deliver the service according to schedule and quality.

The Project Manager, Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the entire service delivery life cycle from start to finish, including design, resource allocation, and software development. They also support the execution of test plans and bug fixes and work with different parties within the client organization to accelerate service delivery progress. They also key player in team development and responsible for holding teams accountable for their commitments and maintaining a good relationship with clients, users, and stakeholders. Additionally, they also work with the finance department on COC sign-off and payment milestones.

Should have:

  • Experience delivering complex projects with multi-squad teams and timelines of up to 24 months.
  • Experience working with Singapore Government agencies is preferred.
  • Experience in bidding preparation and submission process.
  • Experience orienting teams to deploying a service-oriented attitude in dispute situations.
  • Experience in presenting to project sponsors and morale management of teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools,including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in implementing project management tools, SmartSheet, Figma, and graph drawing is a plus; ability to maintain good documents and artifacts is crucial.
