RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial building construction projects.

You will ensure smooth execution, cost efficiency, quality standards and timely completion on site at Boon Lay / West Singapore. Key responsibilities include planning schedules, leading senior site personnel, coordinating with clients and authorities, and managing procurement and reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in industrial building construction.
• Hands-on experience managing industrial building projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, site operations and project coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Microsoft Project.

Salary: Up to S$5,500 Basic + Variable Bonus

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5-Day Work Week)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

About the Role

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.


• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, resources and cost management.


• Lead site engineers, supervisors, safety personnel and subcontractors.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.


• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, permits and statutory submissions.


• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues and prepare management reports.


• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality and construction regulations.


• Prepare and review method statements, project programmes and technical documentation.
