Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of digital technologies and processes to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and collaboration across our projects in the built environment sector. You will be a key player in our digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of digital workflows from design to construction and facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the successful implementation of the IDD strategy and framework across multiple projects.
- Develop and execute Project Digital Execution Plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Champion the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and other digital tools to optimize project outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between all project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, and clients) through common data environments (CDE).
- Oversee the entire digital delivery lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and design coordination to construction sequencing and digital handover.
- Manage project data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for all team members.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital project delivery.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IDD implementation and project performance.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IDD and the built environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Tier 2 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation from building SMART Singapore or an equivalent, recognized certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) for project delivery within the built environment industry.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects using BIM and other digital construction technologies.
- Strong understanding of the entire project lifecycle in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience with various BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise).
