Job Description

Overview: Arcadis IBI is seeking a Programme ICT Manager for a recent Programme Management Project in Maharashtra.

Responsibilities include:

1. Advising and assisting the client in developing the ICT program for the project.
2. Preparing strategic and operational plans for ICT initiatives.
3. Managing all ICT program activities, including design, development, and implementation.
4. Leading project design and developing ICT training strategies.
5. Coordinating with contractors and project partners on ICT activities.
6. Overseeing content development and management.
7. Leading the appointment of ICT contractors and ensuring construction progress.
8. Reviewing performance of ICT systems and initiatives.
9. Monitoring contractors and vendors responsible for implementations.
10. Managing project and program tasks to meet standards, timelines, and budgets.
11. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any discipline, preferably with post-graduation in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Telecommunication.
2. Minimum 20 years of ICT experience, with leadership in complete ICT infrastructure projects at city, state, or national levels.
3. Experience as ICT Project Director or Programme Manager for large-scale IT/ICT consulting projects within the last 10 years.
4. This position is based in Mumbai.
