You will lead site operations, coordinate across teams, and ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets and resources, coordinating with HDB, consultants and subcontractors, and driving CONQUAS, PSSCOC and defect rectification.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant PM experience in HDB, BTO or residential construction with main contractors.
• Strong site management, coordination, scheduling and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
• Manage project schedules, manpower deployment, resources and site progress.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural and M&E works per drawings and specs.
• Liaise with HDB, QPs, consultants, RE/RTOs and authorities.
• Resolve technical issues, RFIs and site constraints to minimise delays.
• Drive quality assurance, CONQUAS requirements, inspections and defect rectification.
• Monitor project costs, variations and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements, regulations and specs.
• Manage TOP/CSC, project handover and post-completion defects.

Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take ownership of residential projects from initial planning to final handover? Join a construction team where you can apply your technical expertise, lead site operations and drive project delivery across HDB and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
• Manage project schedules, manpower deployment, resources and site progress.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural and M&E works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with HDB, QPs, consultants, RE/RTOs and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical issues, RFIs and site constraints to minimise delays.
• Drive quality assurance, CONQUAS requirements, inspections and defect rectification.
• Monitor project costs, variations and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements, applicable regulations and project specifications.
• Manage TOP/CSC, project handover and post-completion defects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant Project Management experience in HDB, BTO or residential construction projects undertaken by main contractors.
• Strong capabilities in site management, project coordination, scheduling and team leadership.
• Good understanding of construction quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
