About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager with proven experience in HDB residential projects to join a reputable main contractor in Singapore. This is a key leadership role overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with HDB and BCA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HDB construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure compliance with HDB specifications, BCA regulations, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation for management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience in Singapore, with at least 5 years managing HDB projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with local construction codes, HDB standards, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
• PMP certification is a plus.
