Siemens Energy Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Electrical, Automation and BEES solutions for Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Data Center applications.

You will ensure safe, on-time and profitable project execution from sales handover through commissioning. The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record in complex engineering projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience with strong P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering complex EPC/system-integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution and automation/control systems.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated Electrical, Automation and BEES solutions for Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Data Center applications. The role carries full responsibility for safe, on-time and profitable project execution, from Sales& Bid handover through engineering, procurement, system integration, testing, commissioning and closure.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Own project scope, schedule, budget, cash flow, quality, EHS, risks, opportunities and overall financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary Electrical and Automation projects and manage interfaces across systems, suppliers, partners and project teams.
• Act as the primary customer interface for technical, contractual, commercial and schedule matters, building trusted relationships while protecting the company’s interests.
• Drive project planning, governance, progress reviews, reporting, risk mitigation, change orders and claims management.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement, supplier performance, documentation, FAT and integrated testing, site readiness, commissioning and final acceptance.
• Build, lead and empower cross-functional, multicultural teams, creating clarity, accountability and a high-performance culture.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Control Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including at least 4 years as a Project Manager with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
• Proven experience delivering complex engineering, EPC or system-integration projects in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Data Centers or other mission-critical industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and automation/control systems; exposure to BEES solutions is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of applicable codes and standards, together with current industry practices.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen, including cost control, forecasting, risk and opportunity management, claims and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer-management, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build, lead and empower high-performing teams in an international environment.
• PMP, IPMA or equivalent recognized project management certification is preferred.
