Job Description
Liaising with main contractor, consultants, partners and owner for project requirement
Managing material submission, design review and progress claim
Plan for site work installation, manpower deployment and material requisition.
Analysing and managing project risk
Monitor cost estimating, developing a budget and resource planning.
Managing reports and necessary documentation for site progress and completion
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Designing, reviewing and signing off on contracts
Conducting project review and creating detail reports for management
Managing and motivating large and diverse teams on site
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering field (Electrical/Mechanical)
Minimum 6 years project management experience with proven track record in Fire Protection
Knowledge of Wet/Preaction System/Sprinkler System/Fire Detection System/Hosereel/Dry & Wet Riser System/Novec/FM200 Fire Extinguishing System
Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple resources and projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills (Excel, Words, Outlook, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project & etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in collaborative environment
Must be proactive and manage competing priorities and deadlines
