Project Manager – Facilities A&A


Location: Central Singapore
Contract Type: 1-year secondment (renewable for 1 additional year)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Facilities A&A) to support facilities-related Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects on a secondment basis. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and handover—while ensuring compliance, safety, and stakeholder alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end A&A projects: planning, budgeting, design coordination, tendering, and construction
  • Coordinate with internal departments and contractors for smooth execution
  • Conduct site inspections, manage handovers, and resolve defects
  • Ensure safety and sustainability standards are met
  • Lead communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support knowledge transfer and leadership within the Facilities team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Building, or a related discipline
  • Strong experience in facilities and A&A project management
  • Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills
  • Familiar with procurement and contractor management
  • Able to work on-site at client premises as required
