As we expand our market reach and operational capacity, we are looking for a Project Executive / Operations Lead to support business development, project execution, logistics, and customer coordination.

This role is ideal for a driven, hands-on individual who is eager to grow within a high-impact environmental technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Management

• Support the deployment and management of company’s environmental monitoring solutions, including water quality machine, sensor stations, and analytics system.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth project execution and support multi-country operations.
• Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in equipment setup, calibration and troubleshooting at customer sites.

Business Development & Customer Support

• Assist in sales inquiries and documentation for projects.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
• Provide on-site training and product demonstrations to clients and end-users.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with the R&D team to enhance product solutions

Logistics & Inventory Management

• Maintain procurement, inventory control, and shipment logistics and solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of products to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate replenishment when needed.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

• Ensure the solutions comply with environmental and water quality regulations based on green and sustainable solutions.
• Stay informed on new policies, regulatory changes, and industry trends affecting business.
