Job summary

A premium brand experience company in Singapore is seeking an experienced event executive to lead a team delivering seamless corporate events. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of agency experience, a strong interest in the MICE industry, and excellent leadership and organizational skills. This role provides opportunities to execute and deliver a range of innovative events, both physical and virtual.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant agency experience.
• Preferably 1 year of leadership experience.
• Confident and adaptable.
• Keen interest in the MICE industry.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

What you'll be doing

• Lead a team of event executives and coordinators to deliver seamless event experiences
• Researching on event trends and technologies
• Ideating and conceptualising events based on client\'s brief
• Stakeholder management
• End to end management of physical and virtual corporate events
• Project administration and management of workflow
• Budget and timeline management
• Onsite execution and delivery of event

Who we are looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant agency experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Confident and has the desire to lead and develop a team
• Curious and have a keen interest in the MICE industry
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Adaptable and independent
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
