Achieve Group client, a leading EPC player in mission-critical infrastructure, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects in Singapore.

You will lead planning, execution, procurement, budgeting, risk management and coordination with clients, consultants and contractors. A degree in engineering and 15+ years’ senior leadership experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in construction, including senior leadership on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record delivering hyperscale data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover.
• Experience managing high-value, fast-track projects with strict cost and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder, commercial and contract management capabilities.
• Design & Build or EPC experience highly advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale data centre projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
• Provide strategic oversight across planning, procurement, construction methodology, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, quality and safety
• Drive execution strategies, construction sequencing, resource planning and risk mitigation
• Manage tendering, commercial negotiations and consultant/contractor engagement
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality benchmarks and mission-critical operational standards
• Champion innovation, construction technologies and best practices to lift productivity and performance
• Update senior management on project risks, commercial matters and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and industry best practices

With project commitments expanding, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex hyperscale data centre projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of large-scale data centre projects, from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
• Provide strategic oversight across planning, procurement, construction methodology, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, quality and safety
