With in-house engineering, procurement and manufacturing capabilities, we execute projects with a focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Role SummaryAs the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of EPC projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client communication, control budgets and schedules, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions in compliance with safety and engineering standards.Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of EPC projects from concept to commissioning. Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Oversee engineering design, procurement activities, and site construction execution. Interface with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals. Manage procurement timelines, vendor deliveries, and subcontractor performance. Ensure adherence to quality, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and statutory compliance at all stages. Track project progress using project management tools and prepare reports for senior management and clients. Resolve conflicts, delays, and unforeseen challenges to ensure on-time, within-budget project completion. Ensure proper documentation, handover, and support during testing and commissioning stages. Implement project controls and best practices to improve future project execution efficiency.Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred); PMP certification is an advantage. 10+ years of experience in project management within EPC industries (Oil & Gas, Industrial Infrastructure, Water, Power, etc.). Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex site activities. Knowledge of engineering drawings, P&IDs, procurement practices, and construction methods. Proficient in MS Project / Primavera, ERP tools, and MS Office suite. Strong understanding of project budgeting, costing, BOQ management, and contractual terms. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India or abroad, as needed.Preferred Traits Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
