About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of our projects, whether directly contracted or subcontracted under main contractors. This role will lead all Electrical and ELV system works, involving CCTV, Access Control, Network, Telephone, UPS, and Electrical infrastructure.

You will be the lead representative on-site, managing all project, safety, and stakeholder aspects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is independent, decisive, and has experience dealing with large-scale main contractors.

The selected candidate must have strong command of site execution, safety compliance, stakeholder communication, and cross-disciplinary coordination to independently deliver this high-profile project on time, within scope, and in line with stringent safety standards imposed by the main contractor or end client.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full project lifecycle: from planning, scheduling, site setup, execution, testing, to commissioning and handover.

• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Manage and plan project resources: manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, end-clients, and internal teams (QS, procurement, engineering).

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with authority and consultant requirements.

• Submit and manage shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, and inspection requests.

• Track site progress, prepare reports, and manage variations and claims.

• Take ownership of project cost, scope, timeline, and quality.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure site safety compliance — particularly with main contractor’s strict standards.

• Attend project meetings and resolve site issues promptly.

• Ensure proper documentation, quality checks, and pre-handover inspections.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related discipline.

• Min. 5 years of solid project management experience in ELV & Electrical systems, preferably in Singapore’s construction or building services sector.

• Hands-on experience with CCTV, Access Control, PA Systems, Structured Cabling, UPS, Power, etc.

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s building codes, site safety standards, and project execution procedures.

• Prior experience in MRT, RTS, LRT, or other large commercial/infrastructure projects preferred.

• Skilled in reading electrical/ELV drawings, site coordination, and stakeholder communication.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project documentation.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Valid safety certifications (SCWSH / CSOC / BCSS) preferred.

• Independent, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage teams and subcontractors confidently.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
