Job overview
Lead the execution of medium-scale projects while ensuring all related activities align with internal policies, contractual obligations, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, financial targets, and timeline commitments.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about delivering advanced EAID (Energy Automation & Intelligent Devices) solutions and driving technical execution in customer-facing environments. The candidate must demonstrate leadership in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership
- Lead the assigned project team, define key project guidelines, allocate tasks, and motivate both internal and external resources.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback for team members involved in project delivery.
2. Planning and Scheduling
- Collaborate with the Project Controls team to define comprehensive project plans—including scope, financial, schedule, and risk management documentation.
3. Project Execution and Control
- Ensure adherence to best practices and internal project execution policies.
- Track project progress and resource utilization; oversee financials including invoicing, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Capture and share lessons learned; ensure formal project closure and client acceptance.
4. Contract, Claims, and Procurement Management
- Apply consistent contract and claims management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure necessary services, materials, and equipment.
- Support supplier negotiations, change requests, and claims.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and escalate project-related issues as needed.
- Build and maintain strong communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with all corporate HSE policies and standards across project activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Automation.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience managing end-to-end EPC/MAC/MEAC or large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record delivering complex solutions across sectors such as transportation, infrastructure, energy, utilities, or oil & gas.
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, automation solutions, and AIoT technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure, multicultural environments.
- Mandarin proficiency required due to stakeholder interaction.
- Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, SCRUM) are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with HVAC, fire suppression/detection systems, modular E-House, and BMS is a plus.
- Additional exposure to EMS, PLC/DCS/control systems, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, condition monitoring, or asset management will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in other regional languages is a bonus.
