ELIKTRICAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Project Manager to lead on‑site activities and coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams in Singapore.

You will oversee M&E construction, manage schedules, prepare claims and drawings, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
• At least 6 years of related experience in M&E/construction.
• Preferably managerial experience in electrical engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead a project team of consultants, contractors, and developers on daily‑site activities.
• Manage M&E construction projects and monitor schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub‑contractors.
• Prepare progress claims, materials submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, shop drawings & as‑built drawings.
• Assist in settlement of final accounts including variations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors, developer in daily-site activities
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors.
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, Project Management
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Managers specializing in Electrical Engineering
