The Project Manager reports to the Delivery Lead of Advanced Connectivity and is responsible for leading project teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. The Project Manager will also develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to meet quality, safety, legal and security standards.

• Project planning and requirements gathering, ensuring project requirements are met

• Creation and management of project plans

• Manage the entire budget for the project Stakeholder management -internal and liaising with 3rd party agencies

• Ensure projects run on time and are staffed appropriately

• Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of costs timescales, and quality

• Give proposals for project strategies planning, definition of tasks and deliverables quality control risk analysis and management Involve in Budgeting process

• Provide Management updates for projects/ programme portfolio

• Keep updated with corporate requirements

• Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables

• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings

• Monitor costs timescales and resources used and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances

• Manage risks issues and dependency management for the entire project

• Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience

Qualities We Value

• 5+ years proven Industry experience in IT Project Management

• Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs

• Experience project management methodology- Prince2 or PMP

• Hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience

• Hands-on, delivery focused and pragmatic

• Ability to communicate with the business client in non-technical terms

• Ability to give presentations

• Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment

• Working location is in Jurong East/Ang Mo Kio
