Job summary

Unison Consulting in Singapore seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day management, support and continuous improvement of PayBCA and related systems.

You will oversee system warranty and maintenance, ensuring reliable, secure and timely service for business operations, while coordinating with Finance, Business Analysts and vendors to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise applications, digital platforms or business-critical production systems.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, release and service governance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and operational issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting budget and expenditure tracking, including contract, purchase order or invoice-related monitoring in collaboration with Finance and vendors.
• Working knowledge of Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) on AWS.
• Experience with GitLab for source code management, CI/CD pipelines, release coordination or deployment tracking.
• Familiarity with SHIP-HATS governance requirements and secure software delivery practices.
• Experience supporting payment systems, financial applications, enterprise platforms or customer-facing digital services.
• Understanding API integrations, system interfaces and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Awareness of cybersecurity, data governance, compliance and operational risk management considerations.
