Lead the charge in transforming manufacturing tech with cutting-edge DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
We’re hiring a Project Manager to spearhead DevOps pipelines, automate workflows, and drive large-scale cloud and edge transformation projects in a smart factory environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead infrastructure transformation across cloud, edge, and container platforms
• Oversee project delivery, cross-team coordination, and vendor engagement
• Champion Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods
• Drive CI/CD automation and DevOps toolchain implementation
• Partner with Architects and Tech Leads to streamline release processes
• Ensure infrastructure scalability, uptime, and cost optimisation
• Handle AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, PTC ThingWorx, and more
• Coach team members and support their growth
• Monitor trends and implement best practices in cloud-native DevOps

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure delivery
• Deep familiarity with factory or industrial IT systems
• Hands-on with GitLab/GitHub CI/CD, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Helm
• Strong with AWS, Red Hat, VMware, OpenStack, PTC Kepware & ThingWorx
• Proven track record of successful infra migration and automation projects
• Solid communicator and team builder with strong stakeholder skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Edge computing and hybrid cloud transformation experience
• Performance tuning and infrastructure cost optimisation skills
• Background in IoT platforms and manufacturing systems
• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors/contracts
