The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E Engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in site management, specifically in Data Center environments. Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the execution of large-scale, complex projects within the country.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all appointed M&E subcontractors to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain close communication with customers and building management regarding all on-site activities.
• Collaborate proactively with internal teams to ensure timely equipment delivery, and take ownership of installation, testing, commissioning schedules, and associated tasks.
• Monitor and control the quality of M&E service drawings from subcontractors through an organized drafting system.
• Provide timely weekly progress updates to the sales and management teams.
• Conduct individual team review meetings for turnkey and large-scale projects, documenting minutes and reviewing them with the Project Manager.
• Submit monthly sales forecasts for assigned projects and collaborate with the Project Manager to align with projected sales targets.
• Coordinate with procurement and perform quality audits on subcontractors to ensure installation standards are met.
• Act as a senior role model within the project team by promoting discipline, enhancing team morale, supporting a collaborative work environment, and mentoring junior Project Engineers when needed.
• Take full responsibility for preparing accurate project cost estimates and ensuring overall project profitability.

Background / Experience Required:

• Degree in M&E Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of site M&E experience, preferably in Data Centre site preparation environment.
• Experience in budgeting, planning, control, and managing resources.
• Experience in presenting to project stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD software.
