Job Title : Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and deliver projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
  • Lead as the primary project manager on one or several projects.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to ensure all project information is available for successful completion.
  • Undertake project management services with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver all project outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage project financials, including fee forecasting and reporting.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and client correspondence to foster strong working relationships.
  • Write and interpret reports on work in progress.
  • Contribute to proposals and proposal writing for clients.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Building/Construction Management, Building Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in client reporting and relationship management.
  • Pre- and post-contract experience.
  • Proficient in estimating software, including in connection with BIM.
  • Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing qualified staff and distributing workload.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project/ASTA).
  • Experience in design management.
  • Expertise in project financial management and cash flow forecasting.
  • Familiarity with various contract forms, including NEC.
