Role based in Singapore for a proven and experienced Technical Project Manager in our growing Cyber Day-1 Delivery Team.
Make an Impact by:
- Leading Cyber projects as the Customer's primary Point-of-Contact.
- Planning and executing Cyber projects’ deliverables according to the project plan and schedule.
- Managing project Issues and Risks.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity to guide project delivery.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Taking over new projects from Sales and Solution teams or ongoing projects from previous Project Managers.
- Validating SOW, BOM, and project budgets.
- Coordinating with Sales on procurement and delivery schedules.
- Preparing and hosting Customer Kick-off Meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on issues.
- Developing the Project Management Plan and obtaining customer approval.
- Serving as the primary Customer Point-of-Contact during the project.
- Managing internal/external resources to meet milestones.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets and resource logging, seeking approvals for overrun.
- Hosting regular project progress meetings and providing status updates.
- Managing project documentation, risks, and issues.
- Overseeing handover of technologies to Customer Operations, obtaining sign-off, and project commissioning.
- Notifying relevant teams of project completion and documenting lessons learned.
- Managing resource release and payment authorizations.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant IT or Engineering field.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience, with at least 3 years managing IT projects as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for cybersecurity.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products and ability to facilitate technical discussions.
Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience or certifications in cybersecurity products.
