Role Description
We are looking for aProject Managerin SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The incumbent will oversee site activities, monitor project progress, manage potential risks, and ensure that all project requirements and specifications are met to the highest standards.
Act as Employer’s Representative to lead/ manage/ coordinate with appointed Consultants and Main Contractor in ensuring smooth execution and successful project delivery
Chair all site meetings and technical meetings and provide regular provide updates to Management/ key stakeholders
Coordinate with key stakeholders/ users to ensure all functional needs/ requirements are met
Monitor/ supervise project/ site progress, identify potential risks/ issues, and propose to Management on remedial actions as necessary
Monitoring of the site labour force and works of any Direct/ Nominated Sub-Contractors
Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications
Planning of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost and time
Liaising with authorities for follow-ups as and when required
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Management
Contract Duration: Till end of 2026 (target completion time)
Requirements
· Diploma/ Degree Holder in Project Management/ Construction Engineering or related discipline
· Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in managing building projects
· Positive personality and good team player
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Meticulous and responsible
· Willing to work on Saturdays if necessary
Other Information
· Work Location: 1 Buroh Crescent (Office); Tembusu Crescent – Jurong Island (Site Location)
· 5 days’ work week - Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6:00pm
· 2-ways company transport from Jurong East or Lakeside
