Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets; define scope and success metrics; provide on-site support during planning and execution.
2. Project Oversight: Supervise project managers and teams; monitor progress; develop implementation strategies for process or system improvements.
3. Client Engagement & Success: Act as primary contact for clients; address escalations; analyze workflows for improvements.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams; foster collaboration; build high-performing teams.
5. Operational Excellence: Implement best practices; standardize processes; ensure onboarding and adoption of Teknobuilt's products; contribute feedback for product improvements.
6. Strategic Support: Support account and product managers; stay updated on industry trends; liaise between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of project/program management experience, preferably in SaaS, construction, infrastructure, or energy projects.
• Master's degree in engineering/construction management or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools; knowledge of 3D design software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of engineering procurement and construction projects is beneficial.
