Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will manage site operations and resources to ensure project milestones are met. Ideal applicants will have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering and relevant infrastructure experience.

• Relevant experience in Infrastructure/Earthworks.
• Experience with airport/airbase projects is advantageous.

Job Description:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee site setup, including manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.

• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones and operational requirements.

• Establish clear project goals and timelines aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure progress aligns with project plans and deadlines.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all phases of the project.

• Identify and address potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

• Lead and motivate the site team to maintain high standards of performance and productivity.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or any relevant qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure/Earthworks

• Experience with airport/airbase projects is an advantage

• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Other Details:

• 5.5 working days

• Monday to Friday (7:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (7:30am - 12:30pm)

• Site Office: East Region (Changi area)
