Job summary

SingHaiyi Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential, mixed-use and commercial developments from design development through construction, commissioning, TOP and close-out in Singapore.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards, with emphasis on M&E coordination and testing & commissioning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in property development, consultancy or construction industry.
• Preferably with strong M&E coordination and testing & commissioning experience.
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations, authority approval processes and TOP requirements.
• Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential, mixed-use and commercial development projects from design, construction, TOP to project completion.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Review and monitor project design, construction progress, authority submissions and statutory approvals.
• Lead project meetings and drive timely resolution of design, technical and site issues.
• Manage M&E coordination, testing & commissioning, authority inspections and TOP readiness activities.
• Monitor project risks, budgets, variations and contractual matters, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Liaise with government agencies, consultants and contractors on project-related matters.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support value engineering, sustainability and productivity initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports and updates for management review.
