1. Responsibilities:
- Manage, review and priorities the projects works to be completed within the time schedule and budget.
- Monitoring progress to meet interim key dates.
- Ensure deliverable to customer meets the agreed quality standard.
- Co-ordinates the works carried out by each team within the project team and other SWC.
- Work with project team to resolve issues within project team and other SWC
- Conduct risk management analysis.
- Manage customer relationship.

2. Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of initiative and a proactive approach to project management.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of the practical application of electrical engineering and technology including applying systems, principles, techniques, and procedures to a project design.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans, drawings, and models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Minimum 3 years experience as project manager in cabling industry will be advantage.
